  • If you are interested in One on One training, whether it be personal or virtual, be sure to schedule a PHONE CONSULTATION first. The workouts and meal plans will be customized to your body type, level, and goals.

  • We will get an understanding of your current lifestyle and how to implement health and fitness for your success.

  • During the call, we will discuss heavily about your nutrition and break down your personal macros that is fitting for your personal goals and body type.

  • This will be the time to bring up any or all hesitations, limitations, understanding how to use the schedule app, and a game plan that will work for you!

    ~ We try to keep the conversation under 30mins, but sometimes we get into it ;-) ~

IF IT IS AT THE END OF THE MONTH, THE SCHEDULE MAY APPEAR EMPTY. GIVE IT A FEW DAYS AND THE NEXT MONTH WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING!
