If you are interested in One on One training, whether it be personal or virtual, be sure to schedule a PHONE CONSULTATION first. The workouts and meal plans will be customized to your body type, level, and goals.
We will get an understanding of your current lifestyle and how to implement health and fitness for your success.
During the call, we will discuss heavily about your nutrition and break down your personal macros that is fitting for your personal goals and body type.
This will be the time to bring up any or all hesitations, limitations, understanding how to use the schedule app, and a game plan that will work for you!
